If they are true gains then I’m very happy. I will continue and give PE a good old try out to fully understand what’s happened. I don’t ever want to spend more than 30-35mins each day with no more than 4 days a week.
Admittedly I’m still not a true believer yet, if I can get to over 7.5” BPEL or 5.25 mid shaft girth then I will be. :)
