Gains from Hanging

How much have you guys gained from hanging weights and how long did it take you?

Hey Bebobbox,

I think hanging is the best way for length gains. The biggest hanging gainer, bib, gained 4 inches over several years, others have gained nothing over several years, and everything in between.

So its hard to say.
