Gains and sack stretches
I’m 3 months into my PE journey and I just did a quick measure the other day, I have put on half an inch in length 5.7 to 6.2 NBP. I want to thank all the vets and anyone else on this board who puts the effort in to help other people. This whole thing has changed my outlook on life, I am shooting for 7 NBP by Christmas, wish me luck ; )
I just wanted to ask if there was anyone here who has had success with sack stretches? Also does anyone have a routine they follow? I saw I diagram directing how they should be done in a post about a month ago but can’t find it. Yes I have searched extensively (title only etc) but have had no luck any help would be greatly appreciated.
