Been doing PE exercises since October 24 and I can already see differences in my girth and length! It gives me a new found since of confidence that was lacking. I believe PE can give you that no matter what you are gaining that is why it’s so great, almost therapeutic. I actually had a routine for about 3 weeks until I had some bruising and lost my courage for about a month, I lost nearly all I had gained but now I am back and my penis is stronger so I can do a little more strenuous exercises and I have a new outlook on PE. Doing it for ME!

Just keep the newbie routine, not more than that, it works for me as well.

How much did you gain those three weeks? And what routine did you use?

Start (22/04/2013) - 6.5" BPEL x 5" MSEG

Now (12/06/2013) - 7" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG

Current Aim - 7.25" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG

This is my first post. Congratulations on your gains. I have been doing PE for 3 weeks now as well. My erect length has actually gone down. I’m now sure what happened but I lost nearly a half inch. I’m trying to read as much as I can to find out what I am doing wrong.

Could there possibly be a flaw in the way you are working your penis? I do not see it as possible to lose actual tissue, but possibly erection strength. Also.. How often do you measure? The length can actually change from time to time based on excitement, etc. I would say.. Unless you are very worried, go on with the newbie routine and measure at the end of a month, or at the most every two weeks, and measure more than once when you do measure just to get the different lengths, if they are variable at the time. Possibly at two different times of the day that you are going to measure on.

I think you are right because I measured it again and it is back to normal. I’m not sure if my technique is correct because I don’t get the soreness I hear people talking about. I do get pain a half inch before the glans from jelqs while I am doing them.
