My old routine was just jelqing and jelq squeezes I am also taking 1500mg of maca 1 month on 1 week off, along with 200mg ginkgo daily. I believe it was the supplements that really boosted my girth gains because prior to taking them I had very minimal response in girth, it took me a few months notice the increase after taking them but, like I said I was so sporadic with my routine It’s hard to tell what worked and what didn’t.
My new routine is
Morning shower and jelq with baby oil 15min (I find the shower is a good way to warm the penis)
A quick manual stretch and dry jelq every time I go to the washroom (alternating jelq and stretch for each visit)
When I get home I hang for 1 hr 3 set of 20min starting at 7lbs and dropping some weight each set (ride the fatigue)
And clamp in the evening every other day 3sets of 10min
And I am still taking the supplements (even if they have no effect on PE they still help me mentally an physically)
