I hope this is an inspiration to every one out there that is doubting PE. I’ve been doing PE for 3 years on and off and have had great gains, but recently I have decided to stick to a dedicated routine for one month, and let me tell you the results speak loud and clear with .25 in length, and .125 in girth I am very thrilled

You’ve gained 3/4 of an inch in girth? I know that it’s 3 years of work, but what do you do?


Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

My old routine was just jelqing and jelq squeezes I am also taking 1500mg of maca 1 month on 1 week off, along with 200mg ginkgo daily. I believe it was the supplements that really boosted my girth gains because prior to taking them I had very minimal response in girth, it took me a few months notice the increase after taking them but, like I said I was so sporadic with my routine It’s hard to tell what worked and what didn’t.

My new routine is
Morning shower and jelq with baby oil 15min (I find the shower is a good way to warm the penis)
A quick manual stretch and dry jelq every time I go to the washroom (alternating jelq and stretch for each visit)
When I get home I hang for 1 hr 3 set of 20min starting at 7lbs and dropping some weight each set (ride the fatigue)
And clamp in the evening every other day 3sets of 10min

And I am still taking the supplements (even if they have no effect on PE they still help me mentally an physically)

Teemhard, in your opinion, could you have made 1 & 1/2 inches of gains in less overall time, say 18 months?

It might be the case that one needs several years to gain a couple of inches no matter how much exertion and frequency is used, or it might be the case that given the fact you have made gains at all could be down to the lapses in your practice.

That is really good question Bogtrotter. Considering I was not documenting any gains over time and frequency that is a tough one to answer. I often wonder if the level of frequency is going to bring me to a plateau sooner rather than later. I think I’ll know better in another month at which point in time I’ll make adjustments accordingly.

teemhard, I have no definite opinions at all. I have only been doing PE for 10 weeks now, most days, but will be doing a 2on/1off/2on/2off/ making a 7 day week from now on. I’m doing this because I’m patient and so hope to gain 2 1/2 inches over 3-4 years. I’m seeing a 1/4 inch length gain come and go, so early days. Perhaps firegoat is the one to take advice from. His idea that growth gets arrested if you train when you should be resting seems a reasonable one. Hangers perhaps need to train relentlessly because they are trying to make big gains fairly quickly, but just remember one thing, your dick can only elongate as quickly as your dorsal nerves take. You don’t want to overstress them.

That’s impressive. Do you have pics? Someone told me older men can stretch more because they have more loose skin. I am not that old yet. I hope he was just kidding.

Do you have any pics of how you hang? What you use, etc? As in where do you isolate the stretch from, end (closer to head), middle, or start of your shaft?
