For the first two weeks I did a basic newbie routine of:
10min stretching
15min wet jelqs
But I recently changed my routine because of a couple articles I saw about incorporating a heat source in PE. So my new workout goes like this:
5min warm up
5min stretching
5min with heat source
5min stretching
5min with heat source
5min wet jelqs
5min with heat source
5min wet jelqs
5min with heat source
And I use a cup full of hot water to use as my heat source but I am thinking about buying an IR heat lamp and possibly doing my whole routine under the lamp instead of using hot water in a cup throughout the workout.
