Well I’ve been doing PE for 2 weeks now and couldn’t resist taking measurements and was surprised to find a gain of .2 in BPEL and .1 in EG just wondering if this is the average gains of a newbie or possibly above or below the average gains for a beginner?

Well there is no way to determine if that is average or not. Most likely it is due to a sharp increase in EQ due to proper technique but either way congrats on the early success and gains! :up:

Congrats, newbie gains are sweetest.Don’t measure too often though because sometimes it leads to anger and loss of motivation. Once a month is good :)

Nice gains! What routine are you following?

For the first two weeks I did a basic newbie routine of:

10min stretching
15min wet jelqs

But I recently changed my routine because of a couple articles I saw about incorporating a heat source in PE. So my new workout goes like this:

5min warm up
5min stretching
5min with heat source
5min stretching
5min with heat source
5min wet jelqs
5min with heat source
5min wet jelqs
5min with heat source

And I use a cup full of hot water to use as my heat source but I am thinking about buying an IR heat lamp and possibly doing my whole routine under the lamp instead of using hot water in a cup throughout the workout.
