Hello everyone, I have been doing the newbie routine now for almost 4 months, and have not been gaining any length really.

My routine use to be

Some warm up with a hot towel.
5-10 min stretch all sides
15 min jelq,

How shall I do to get the length? I am a little bit disappointed .

No girth gains either?

I can see some girth gains ye, and might a little little lenght, but I was hoping for much more. Might time to start with an ADS?

Time to try something different, what ever that might be.

For me it was hanging. I was spending lots of time in my home office so it was easy.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

I used an ads. The jes extender, but I think any thing of that design will work, gained at least an inch

Could you give me any information about that extender? :) Where to get it and info? Would be really nice .

I used a jes extender (see ebay, or whatever online store), and gained an estimated 2 cm erect length (never measured during the initial stages of my PE career .. Yes, silly). Now I just use a leg strap because the extender decided to break down after 8 months. It worked though. Buy one with a Velcro strap, not the cheaper one with the silicone tube (that hurts like hell). I am considering buying a new one. It’s a lot of money, but I am a believer.

Start/April 2011: BPEL - 6.75" / NBPEL - 6.00" / BEG - 5.125 / Mid Shaft - 4.75 / Glans 4.5"

Current/August 8 2011: BPEL 7.25" / NBPEL - 6.375" / BEG - 5.625" / Mid Shaft - 5.00" / Glans - 4.875"

Goals: NBPEL - 8.25" / Mid Shaft EG - 6.00"
