After 1 month and a half of PE (jelqing and stretching), I’ve yet to see any gain in erect length or girth, but I see a slight improvement in flaccid. I’ve seen that when taking 2-3 days rest, although I see that I’m even a little shorter in Erection!!

I was in a 5-2 on-off routine and maybe I over trained because when I stopped, my penis peeled off a little on the glans (spelling? I mean that skin falls as if it was dehydrated, but I drink a lot of water these days).

Is it possible to have only flaccid gains and at the same time have 0 gains or even loose a little? I will rest for a couple of days and start again from zero in the newbie routine, doing it more gently and not focusing so much in gains. I will measure at the end of every month only.

You may well have been overtraining. Some guys get results faster than others; the 3 months newbie routine not only conditions your penis but gives you a chance to ‘feel’ what you are doing.

If you start again and concentrate on exactly what you are feeling you will get more out of PE in the long term. Measuring only once a month is very sensible. Don’t get discouraged, the results will come eventually.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Stick to the newbie routine for another 1.5 months, to hit the 3 months which are required to be able to do advanced exercises. DO it 2/1 to reduce the risk of over training. If this go well, switch to 3/1.
