Gaining length but no girth

Been doing the newbie routine for over two months now and it seems I’m gaining length slowly but almost no girth at all.
First proper measurement was from 2013-01-23 with BPEL 6.141 and EG 4.960. Now I’m at BPEL 6.496 and EG 5.039.

Any tips? I’m doing the newbie routine with 2 on 1 off for now, started with 3 on 1 off.

I think that is pretty normal to have length gains outpace girth. Your gains aren’t large enough to exceed the margin of error in measuring for girth, so it’s hard to tell if your gains’ length to girth ratio is really that different from anyone else’s.

You could change from newbie to primarily girth exercises, but that is generally frowned on until you’ve stopped gaining with newbie.

Focus on your jelqing technique and do slight adjustments until you great after session pump look that doesn’t have negative PI later.

Here are a few things you can try:
- Change the speed of the jelq
- Overhand and underhand grip or other grips
- Intensity, higher and lower
- Change your warm up/warm down routine
- Kegel pre jelq stroke
- Transitions between strokes
- Adjust where you apply the most pressure in the jelq

Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"
