Gaining is possible, so keep PE-ing, brothers!
Been PE-ing for a month and 20 days, with 2 major stops of one week due to poor EQ, I think I had over trained my unit with stretches, I will continue 2 more months the NEWBIE routine. Got good flaccid lenght and girth, if I don’t jerk off 2 days very hard erections. This forum is great! My starting size was 5.51 EL and 4.72 EG at mid shaft. I did 12x30 sec stretches pulling it down, never up or left right, and 50.70 jelqs, 2 days one off, when try-ed going for 3-4 days without rest got bad EG.
My new status is 5.7 EL , did not measured girth. That is 0.2 increase in size, think mostly from ligaments. If you got advices for me please post them. I wanted to confirm that GAINS ARE POSSIBLE :D
