Due to work/life I’ve been only stretching or using a ADS for several months with no jelqing. I’ve heard some reports of ADS being the equivalent to hanging at times ( I know this is a crude comparison, but it is late night for me, so I will make this post short)

When I use the ADS the compression into the silicon sleeve actually cases me to have a girth increase. Anyways, I was interested to see if anyone has had length, girth or both for gains when not jelqing?

I tried ADS only for a few months and unfortunately had no gains.

Starting 06/2010 with BPEL 5.25'', EG 5''

Goal: BPEL 6", EG 5

Long term goal: 7x6

I’m on it as we speak, 1kg for around 8 hours a day. Haven’t measured yet, give it a few months.

5/09/09 currently sat at 5.5bp" bp x 4.25 eg. Long term goal would be 7.5nbp x 6 eg

I’ve had length gains from just ADS/Light hanging.

Start (May 2011) 5.75 BPEL x 4.7 MSEG - (1 Year) 7.2 BPEL x 5 MSEG - (Current (17months)) 7.5BPEL x 5.2MSEG

Goal: Something Monstrous.

What kind of gains?

I don’t see why jelqing should play any significant part in length gains.

For me personally, the only thing jelqing has proved useful for is keeping EQ high, and conditioning.

I have been extending for about 18 months which has increased my EL by about 1/2 inch. About three months ago, I started using my VacExtender as an ADS with 18 oz attached and occasionally 2 lbs. I average about 5 hours a day; however, I cut my extending time down from 5 hours a day to about 3 hours a day. No meaningful gains so far (perhaps 1/10”). My stretched length in the extender, however, seems to be up by 1/4 inch.
