Gained a quarter inch in girth but lost it in lenght? HELP

First of all let me lay out my routine so you guys know what I have been doing although it is not too consistent. I started the newbie routine September 10th and stopped October 10th. I learned that my penis would get tired from stretching and wouldn’t get hard for jelqs so I just switched them after the first ten days.

Routine in order:

- Heating pad for 5-10 mins

- Wet Jelqing with coconut oil for about 15 mins sometimes broken up over an hour. I also could not do the 3 second jelqs but after some practice worked up to two second jelqs each stroke ( any tips on how to get it to 3 seconds let me know please).

- Heating pad for 5-10 mins

- Downward stretch two sets of 30 seconds

- Upward stretch two sets of 30 seconds

- Sideway stretches two sets of 30 seconds

- Rotary stretches one minute for each direction

- Heating pad for 5-10 mins

I tried to do 2 days on 1 day off but it was more like 2 days on 2 days off. Also in the beginning if I couldn’t jelq I would just jelq the next day. My EQ has dropped a little bit since the routine so this could be effecting my length measurements. I started at 5.25” NBPEL and 4.5 EG”. Now I am at 5” NBPEL and 4.8” EG. Possibly I could of just measured wrong in the beginning but I don’t think so. I ordered some tadalafil and I got it today. I can get erections now but they still aren’t at 100%.

It is a common PE issue to gain girth at the cost of length. It can be a big disappointment even if you have a lot of length because your dick can start to take on the shape of a fire hydrant instead of a salami sausage. I don’t mind having a fire hydrant profile when I have enough length to probe any cervix on the planet but I’d much rather have the salami sausage profile that hangs way down my pants leg 1/3-1/2 the distance to my knee, this way the girls see it and their pussies will get wetter!

You don’t want more than a semi otherwise it will hurt and a sore dick isn’t very nice. I milk it soft then apply a little more pressure as it gets firmer and then either masturbate for as long as possible or let it get softer and milk it firm again.

Okay thank you for the advice 7inchesSoft. The coconut oil is awesome! I think I will use the tadalafil until I deplete it I just started messing with this girl and I kept losing my erection. I will also lose my ruler for 2 months at least or until I move on from the newbie routine. Are stretches and hanging the only way to gain length? The idea of hanging kinda scares me and I am way too new to experiment with it anyway.

I forgot to mention that you can grab coconut oil at any grocery store. Although coconut oil is expensive 8 dollars but last a long time.

Some members here have said that the lenght “loss” is only temporary, I remember correctly.

For me I lost about .25” length when I gained .25” of girth. However, the fact that I stopped all stretching and focused only on girth work may have played a larger role in that than the girth exercises themselves. Since I have reincorporated stretches into my routine my length has come back and then some. In fact, the length came back extremely quickly ~2 weeks or so with no loss of girth gains. My advice would be to add stretching if you don’t currently, and do it before your girth routine, or just add more stretching. Hope this helps!

I’m currently clamping, and I haven’t lost any lenght gains. I do believe that clamping can grant you length too, but more girth.

Phew that is good to hear. I was freaking out. I probably have jelqed more than stretched because I if I stretch first I can’t jelq because I am so fatigued. I have increased my stretching intensity and caused a minor injury yesterday.

Haha yeah nothing to worry about, you’ll have to tweak your routine to what your body can handle, but always do your stretches before you do any girth exercises never after. Maybe try stretching in the morning and jelqing in the evening, or just alternate days; just need to find what works best for you.

Alright I might try alternating days between stretching and jelqing until my dick can handle the full workout. I measured last night and it was 5.25 NBPEL so I also just got to hide my ruler for awhile.

Measuring NBPEL is going to make gains extremely hard to track. Make sure you are measuring BPEL and BPFSL and you will probably see less fluctuations in measurements.

How long should I wait to measure NBPEL? Because that is what I’m really after here. Due the gains from BPEL and BPFSL tend to predict how much you would gain on NBPEL?

You see this whole thread is missing a very important point of enlargement and that is you don’t want to try and mix girth work with length work. The general principle is to choose one or the other for the very fact that one set of exercises interferes with the other. If your after length gains then girth work will mess up hanger settings and if your only doing stretches you’ll find the same thing as has been reported here and that is length will be affected by girth work or Jelqing for that matter.

One of the other aspects here that probably needs to be mentioned is that when you create more volume via girth work i.e. Jelqing, pumping or clamping, if in the future you want to work on length you’ll have a harder time making gains because you’ll have more volume of tissue to have to work around. A hanger will be harder to fit and be comfortable with. I, for one, have gained enough girth that my hanger (which is a Bib) is on the edge of not working well for me any more because I fill up the clamp and what extra skin I have from girth now wants to get caught in the closure points.

If all your after is girth then don’t pay attention to length because it will be affected.

Well I am just following the newbie routine. I really need length I mean at least an inch but my girth is pathetic and need that as well. So should I just go hard stretching for a month or until I stop gaining length? I got jelqing down ( at least from my perspective I am sure I’m not doing it perfect ) but my stretches I need to work on. Is it possible to just do the newbie routine and gain both length and girth?

Oh and BTW: erect measurement consistency is very difficult because you have so many things influencing a measurement. Blood pressure, attitude, mode. Base point of the ruler needs to be in exactly the same point on the body every time you measure or you’ll never know where your at.

Case in point is when your with a girl and are excited your erect measurement will be significantly different then a masturbation measurement. The only consistent measurement you can depend on is BPFSL and if you don’t hang even that is a difficult one to acquire but it would be the most reliable for day to day accuracy. Now understand though that BPFSL will gain before BPEL and will generally be longer then erect. I never pay much attention to Erect length because I know that my erect length will catch up to my BPFSL down the road.
