Gained a quarter inch in girth but lost it in lenght? HELP

Well yes length and girth can both be accomplished by jelqing. Jelqs below 50% erection increase length and Jelqs above above 50% erevtion increase girth. Start with the newbie routine tho. You are starting out with a good size. Make sure you educate yourself before starting a routine. If you injury yourself you could be an unhappy camper.

Some guys with gorilla arms can produce some gains from jelqing but for most the amount of gains they accomplish is usually disappointing as they will see a lack of gains after a period of time. If your not gaining then it is an indication that additional methods of length work will need to be applied.
And ADS would be a logical next step. An extender is an alternative also. Never the less either will only produce gains for a finite period of time before the penis shaft assimilates the amount of stress applied and then additional techniques will be required to continue toward length goals.

Now if your after girth gains primarily, then clamping is the known means of accomplishment.

ADS you say! Can you explain that some more for those who is not familiar to that method?

And what do you think about wearing a traction wrapping after PE sessions?

Heat is the key!

Traction wrapping is a marginal means of keeping tissues stretched out to prevent healing in the retracted state. It certainly is better then nothing.

An ADS on the other hand stretches tissues to the extent that they have been elongated.
