Hey, everyone. I have this problem and some of you may have it as well.

I’m not a newbie first off. I went through the newbie routine over about 4 months then pumping for about 3 months. Then I started clamping. I worked my way up to 3 x 10 min sets from 3 x 3 min sets. The 3 min sets didn’t feel like they did much so I went from 3 mins to 10 mins over about 3 weeks. Anyway, I was gaining very well, then I decided to try some exercises while I was clamped. Long story short, I over trained my penis but everything came back after about 3 weeks of no PE. As soon as all the positive PIs came back, I started clamping again. This time I was doing 3 x 5 min sets.

The problem is that it seems like after over training and letting it heal up, clamping has become too extreme again and I get my negative PIs for a couple of days after doing it. I only did it twice last week, but my positive PIs haven’t been as strong as they used to be after clamping. What do you think the problem could be? It’s not a terrible situation, I had sex with the gf a few days ago and she came, so I can still have sex with no problems.

I think I’m going to lay off PE for another 2 weeks then I’m gonna start a newbie routine again.

I really didn’t want to go back to this because I remember when I first started PEing that jelqing didn’t help me gain anything. I made all my gains through clamping. And I wanna safely get back to where I can do that asap.

Also, which jelq grip do you feel is “better”. When I do an overhand grip, I feel like I’m getting more “out of it” than when I do a regular grip. I just thought of that while I was typing this; I’ll do a search on it after this.

If I don’t go back to clamping, I think I want to try water pumping after I go recondition myself. I don’t remember ever having any sort of PI problems when I was pumping, and water pumping seems to be better than regular pumping. Guess I gotta try it.

Don't over train!! Less is more!! Drink water!! Eat right!! Be consistent!! Think Positive!! Size is the least important factor in sex!

Be sure to not over pull with the static heavy because I have one and it can pull like a mother but it can blister you if you’re not ready. Clamping is a challenging and difficult thing to do. For me I usually end up doing too much and have to lay off.
