Gained .6 in lenght and .5 in girth in 7 weeks

Been at it for 7 weeks now, so far I’ve have gained .2 in girth mid shaft (from 5” to 5.2”) and .5 upper shaft (from 5” to 5.5”).

In lenght I have gained .6 nbl (from 6.5” to 7.1”) and bone press went from 7.5” to 8.2”.

I’m currently injured because I never warm up before a workout and recently got a pump this week(cheap Ebay ones)and went overboard, so on a week or two break now.

Will take pics tomorrow.

Don’t change your routine until you stop gaining.. Whatever you were doing before obviously has had results..

An increase of .7” bp is quite a lot.


PE start Aug 25, 2013: BPEL 6.7" x EG 4.7" and BPFSL 7".

Paused between Dec 2013 and Dec 2014 due to injury. Careful with those rice socks!

Goal 7" x 5". Ideal is 8" x 6" but let's not even dream about that yet...!

Could you please post your routine? =) Also, what grip do you use? I used a palm down ok grip Before, but heared when you cross your finger it could damage the dick, so Iam looking for a new grip =)

3 min straight out stretch,3 min straight down set,3 min straight up set,3 min left stretch,3 min right stretch.

6 days on 1 semi off day(stretched 30 secs instead of 3 minute stretches).

I used powder for better grip. My computer has been down for a while, but will post pics as soon as its up.
Tried uploading from this crappy for, but the circle symbol just never stops spinning and connection just times out.

I use mostly the palm up grip with my other and hand assisting me, but sometimes my hand is too sore and use the palm down grip.

No need to throw in pumping if you got those kind of gains from stretching only!! Start jelqing before anything else! Don’t stop till gains stop.

Start warming up before anything else!
