Gained .6 in lenght and .5 in girth in 7 weeks
Been at it for 7 weeks now, so far I’ve have gained .2 in girth mid shaft (from 5” to 5.2”) and .5 upper shaft (from 5” to 5.5”).
In lenght I have gained .6 nbl (from 6.5” to 7.1”) and bone press went from 7.5” to 8.2”.
I’m currently injured because I never warm up before a workout and recently got a pump this week(cheap Ebay ones)and went overboard, so on a week or two break now.
