I will be following this 4sets of stretches,200 jelq,100 quick kegel and 50 (5sec hold)kegel like 2days on 1 off but the way I’m bpel.6”1/4 with 4”1/4 girth

You may well find that is too much to start with. The Newbie Routine (Important Newbie Threads/Info) is something to work towards, despite its name. It is always better to start with less and work up. 150 Kegels is far to much to begin with, and 100 jelqs would be more sensible.
