The penis should be 60%-80% erect when performing the jelq exercise. And there’s my problem. My penis erects fully when ever I do the exercise. What should I do?

Don’t worry. That happens to a lot of guys when they first start. Your penis is used to masturbation, not jelqing, so when you begin jelqing it thinks you want to masturbate. Keep trying jelqing and it will soon learn the difference.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Until you’re penis learns the difference you could try to masturbate a couple of hours before jelqing. That way you will not get erect as easily and can jelq longer before you have to break to let it go down.

However, some guys get erect more easily than others and I”m one of them.. I have been jelqing for about two months now and I still get erect when jelqing. When I get erect I just wait for it to go down to about 60% and then I start again and I usually get about 10-15 jelqs in before it’s gets to 80-90% erect. This takes maybe twice the time as it would take if I wouldn’t get erect as easily but I ‘m not complaining because in the end I hope it’s all worth it!

Since I’m going for length, I always jelq from flaccid until 40% erected. Stopped having that problem once I did this.

Hold the base of your penis while it’s at 100% using the ok hand symbol and put the same pressure there as you would use for PEing. Eventually you will decrease in volume. You can then carry on with your exercise
