Full repair

I was wondering , if you damage your buddy(not very much) but , enough lose erection strenght .. Is it permanent or is it capable of reapairing itself completely in a week , 2 , or month?

I’d give it about a month, if erection strenght has become normal again then start doing light PE, otherwise wait until you regain previous erection strenght.

No way to tell how long it takes, but it just needs resting. So don’t do any PE until your normal erections return.

It usually gets back up in like 2-4 days for me.
