I’ve started to do what I refer to as “fulcrum fowfers” while laying in bed at night. I got the idea from fulcrum hanging, when your penis hangs over a bar or dowel laying across your lap, only in this case the bar is a rolled facecloth or towel.

Here is what I do:

Before pulling my penis back between my legs, I lay a tightly rolled facecloth under it (between the shaft and balls) then pull my penis back between and close my legs as I usually would. I then pull the two ends of the facecloth outward until the facecloth is no longer stuck between my legs, which increases the tension on the shaft.

Basically your legs being together hold the penis in place under tension while keeping the facecloth wedged between your lap and the penis shaft, which creates a soft fulcrum which the shaft of the penis is pulled over.

Along with increasing the tension slightly and adding slight fulcrum stress to the shaft, this method also changes the direction that your shaft is being pulled to more of a straight down pull, as opposed to the more backward pull of a typical fowfer.

I don’t know if it will make any difference in the long run compared to a regular fowfer, but I thought I’d share the idea see what you guys thought.

Interesting concept, although I’m not sure that a washcloth rolled is going to give you much more benfit than a regular fowfer stretch?

When I lay on my side and pull back during a typical bed fowfer, the last 1/2 to 1/4 of my penis is not really being stretched, not because of my incredible flaccid length, haha, but because my legs are kind of thin I guess. I feel a great pull on the base but nothing along the shaft, like I am only pulling skin.

If I do them sitting it is not an issue because I can wrap the head under my leg and by sitting on it the entire shaft feels the tension.

If I lay on my back, my pelvis is positioned differently so it is a little harder but I can still usually get the head under my leg to stretch the entire thing.

Side sleeping though, like I often do, if I can not trap the head of my penis securely, I feel like I am only stretching at the base and maybe over stretching skin.

Of course, to confuse the point even more, the drawing I used to “better explain” the concept was of a guy on his back instead of on his side like it should be. Oh well.

I’ll have to try this; I’ve also been looking for a better way to fowfer while in bed.

I just woke up and thought of (and tried) this alternative and it seems like it might work well (maybe better).

Instead of going naked, wear briefs to bed and slide the waistband down just past your hips so the elastic lays along the area where the towel would have laid in the description above. Then pull your penis up and over the waistband and then down through your legs. The elastic in the waistband should help keep a nice tension going. It also removes the need to explain why there is a towel in bed in the morning, if you are lucky enough to not sleep alone.

Ok, back to sleep.
