Thanks guys. My routine is basic Newbie routine. A few days ago I increased the jelqing time to 30 mins but it’s only been 4 weeks so I thought going back to 10 mins was appropriate. I’m gonna increase it back to 30 mins after 6th week. ALso, I grab it pretty hard.
