The experience I have had is that I have noticed better stretches and a plumper pump when I warm up with heat, but to be honest I am usually too lazy to do it. But I just bought an IR lamp so when I get the new hanger from monkey I am gonna use it this time, I really am.

I was thinking about that:

We know that when we have erections and we are near to the topic moment, a great amount of blood is in our penis, and when we are excited infrared analysis shows that the most HOT ZONES of the body are the genitals, the lips, and so on…
So, why don’t we WARM UP with a low, soft massage-masturbation of 10 minutes, trying progressively to get near to the orgasm (but WITHOUT reaching it) and then letting the level of erection go down, to more indicated percentiles for starting jelqing?

That is a very good point. In fact, that is what many people do. It is called “ballooning,” it is a fairly popular exercise to do before, during, and after PE. It is also very fun to. Ballooning also has its other benefits — it releases chemicals into our body that are probably needed for growth.

I warm up. Blanket over a radiator heater. Some short jelqs, get it hard. But I do use heat as a warm up. I think that I am just trying to avoid injury and not make some kind of gain.

Before I lift weights I warm up. Not to gain muscle just to let my muscles know that a work out is coming. Over analyzing stats here is not a exact science. Every penis is different every guy is different.

If my only option for warmup is stretching or massaging, that is what I’ll do because the highest priority is to avoid injury. However, neither of those is capable of raising the temperature of the tissue above 104 degrees, which aids in creating an initial elasticity that is beyond what I can achieve otherwise.
