I have been doing PE, well on and off since early 2001….regularly since 2006 with small breaks. I have seen about .5 gain in erect length and maybe 1/8 in in girth. I am thinking this is more trouble then its worth. My routine consists of stretching (5 min BTW, then 4 reps of 30 second v stretches) then 20 to 30 minutes of jelqing. I throw in 10 minutes of clamping 1 to 2 times a week. sometimes 2 sets. Basically I don’t get out what I put in. I get frustrated seeing most people here make tremendous gains in no time at all and feel like this is just a waste of time for me. What else can I do?
