I have been doing PE, well on and off since early 2001….regularly since 2006 with small breaks. I have seen about .5 gain in erect length and maybe 1/8 in in girth. I am thinking this is more trouble then its worth. My routine consists of stretching (5 min BTW, then 4 reps of 30 second v stretches) then 20 to 30 minutes of jelqing. I throw in 10 minutes of clamping 1 to 2 times a week. sometimes 2 sets. Basically I don’t get out what I put in. I get frustrated seeing most people here make tremendous gains in no time at all and feel like this is just a waste of time for me. What else can I do?

Aren’t you overtraining?

No, I workout, on average 3-4 times per week. Over the last 2 years, my estimated guess would be 3.5 times per week.

PIs are all good? I’m sure you checked sparky’s thread.

When I refered to overtraining I was speaking about stuff per session. I see many guys here sticking to the newbie routine for a long time and making gains. Didn’t you put too much pressure on your tool by adding too many exercises? (like V stretching and clamping). Just some ideas.

Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

If its not working you are going to have to begin shifting variables until you find something that works. Try new exercises, new stretches, slowly upping the reps or the intensity, doing warm downs, not masturbating after / before, do more cardio, eat better, less caffeine, etc. etc.

Doing the same thing over and over expecting different results in the first sign of insanity.

IMO you should work out every day and eventually that expansion you keep seeing will begin to stick.

I really don’t think it needs to be so difficult. There are some basic principles that can help anyone gain. I’m not saying I disagree with you, but giving someone so many variables to work with that has seen little gains over many years can be very overwhelming.

My PI’s are good. I wake up with a full woody in the morning. Sometimes midday at work.

I don’t think anyone should be doing what you do…and I especially don’t think you should be recommending it to others.

If you want to say something, well..say it.

I think all comrades are somewhat right. Too monotonous routine, not enough stretch, maybe too low frequency for a vet like you, and probably too much intensity for short time, zap. Chance are you only made your penis stronger. So, sorry for the bad news, but IMHO you should take a deconditioning break of three-four months, then restart it all like you was a newbie.

Alternative: you could try pumping or hanging, maybe something totally new can make you overcome the plateau.
