I’ve been doing a 3/4 on and 3 days off thing for the past few weeks or so. I’ve been PEing for the last five months on and off. I guess mostly off. Today I measured almost sure that I had gained at least half an inch, and I feel like since PEing nothing has changed. To be honest, I’m just so pissed off right now.

Try following the Newbie routine with some purpose; not just an occasional try. Gains just don’t come about by thinking of them. A lot more dedication is required from you before you will make any gains. This forum can’t help you, if you don’t help yourself. So you must change your attitude .

Don’t worry man.. PE needs patience. And concentration. Increase your stretching strength and time. Try also to pull your penis under your ass, under, between the legs, and stay in this position even also three minutes. You will see that penis changes your shape immediately. If you follow continually a determined routine you will reach gains. But you need time and patience to experiment this “new sensations”. Try also 2/3 days on 1 off. I think 3 days off are too much to restore yours cells. And take a lot of water, vitamins and zinc, to feeling good everyday. Last but not least, do a lot of kegel. Before, during e after your workout and through the day. You can’t achieve gains without good erections.
Few years ago, I was sceptical and demotivated, maybe like you. Now I’m self-confidence and resolute. PE really works. I think also many porn-stars do it.

Man this is completely normal, you should have thanks just to gain a 0,5”, because some even don’t gain this.

I apologize if my comment was misleading. This is what I meant.

Today, I measured my penis, almost sure that I had gained at least half an inch. However, unfortunately I realized that not much has changed at all and I’m not even sure if I have gained an inch. The only reason I think that it may have grown is that I have been eating a lot and lifting a lot lately. Is it possible that this has contributed to my fatpad and that I am not seeing gains because of this? I know I’m supposed to measure BPEL, but I always only care about NBPEL. My girlfriend and I have a no sex-pact that should be ending in about 2 months. I want to be a little bigger by then, just to rock her world.

So have you gained at all in the last 5 months?


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

You may have added some girth to it. Your probably just retaining water at this time making the fat pad thicker. Mostly off ain’t going to cut in the first 3-5 months of PE. Like Tit said be more consistent.

I know I’m new here, but I’m sure if you just get a more routine schedule you’ll see some progress. I tried it on and off around a year ago and didn’t notice any change, but since I’ve restarted I’m already beginning to notice some slight gain even though I’ve only been doing it for a short time with a stricter schedule. I do 2 days on and 1 day off at the moment, but will most likely increase it in a few weeks. A more routine schedule really makes a difference. :)

I’ll try. Lately I’ve been waking up with massive erections. Lately I’ve been PEing at around 11PM or midnight. Go to bed around 1AM and wakeup around 9AM with a massive erection. Is this a good/bad/neutral PI?

Correct me if I’m mistaken Justlearning, but you mentioned how you were off and on the past few months, mostly on the “off,” side. Doesn’t that basically imply a partial-commitment? What I’m basically getting at is that you can’t expect significant gains without a full effort. Everything on this website/forum suggests that true gains come from not just patience, but total commitment.

And I am not sure I quite understood, is it that you did gain .5 inches and are disappointed OR you thought you gained at least .5 inches and didn’t?

I thought I gained at least 0.5 inches and I had not. Look I know a lot of people talk about total commitment, but the thing is I’ve also read a lot about people who say “less” is more and that you need to let your penis heal.

You are correct in that some people need rest days. I am a fan of rest days, I think they do good. Now, it is a total commitment and it takes self discipline and dedication to grow a bigger penis. Mostly off isn’t going to grow that dick, mostly on will.

The newbie routine isn’t carved in stone, you can modify it to meet your individual needs, but it still takes doing the exercises 4 to 5 days out of 7. Watch for your PI’s and keep them on the positive side of things. One other thing, this isn’t a sprint, its a marathon. Getting a bigger penis isn’t going to happen overnight, it takes time and normally, usually, frequently, but not always, lots of it.

Be more consistent in your efforts and you should see results. Just don’t get impatient, they may or may not happen quickly.

If you are consistent, the commitment will come. The more you are being consistent, you trick your brain into “committing” yourself to PE, because you are so used to doing it. This is my biggest problems… I go for like 3 week spans of great PE but then sometimes I find myself with a break for a week or so. I hate it. If I could just get consistency better, than I’d have more gains than I was already seeing (good ones).


Try to ignore the actual numbers that indicate your size, and focus on relative growth. You could use a plain tally stick with just marks on it. Find a consistent way to measure, I would go with BPFSL; this usually does not lie. Track your progress, but don’t measure to often.


Wearing a condom during your routine is not necessarily practicing safe PE!

I’ve cut down on measuring too much. I’ve decided I’m going to measure ever two weeks or so. I’m hoping that by August, I will be able to say that I did PE on a pretty consistent basis for two months and at that point I can evaluate if I have had any gains.
