Some people are “growers” and some are “showers.” Everyone’s unit grows beyond their flaccid size somewhat, some more than others. If you are concerned with only increasing your flaccid size, that’s fine, but your flaccid size is not the size of your penis. First of all, flaccid size varies depending on temperature, mood, time of day, relaxation level, hormone balance, etc. Second, flaccid is simply your penis at rest.
That being said, there are exercises that help improve and increase average flaccid size (by average I mean your average). Fowfers are one. But doing the Newbie routine—using heat for a warmup and jelqing and stretching consistently for a few months, along with doing kegels, is the best route. This will improve blood flow and over-all penile health and should lead to a better flaccid hang throughout the day. If you see no improvement after three months of the Newbie routine, maybe look into ADS or an intensive Fowfer routine.

Anyways I’ll ask more precise in another thread or will do a lot more research… but when doing fowfers, lets see how I can put this. My balls are like big, and when pulling my dick behind.. it hurts my balls sometimes, so Is there a right way to doing fowfers, putting your balls above or beneath the dick when stretching?
