I am new to PE, I’m 24 years old. My current GF has mentioned one way or another that her old BF’s or flings have had bigger dicks. I am 100% average I believe with 6.25 BPEL, and just about 5in EG. Although I am new yellow, I have been reading the forums constantly and have found that it is not recommended to masturbate before sessions (it sounds like people tucker out and are not willing to continue to the full exercise). However, masturbating after sounds to be still in debate, but many members have recommended that if you must, wait a couple of hours to let the penis rest.

I have personally drawn the conclusion that after reading all the forums, and doing the newbie routine, that giving the member time to rest is always nice, and if you could do the workout two days, and then masturbate on your off days would be beneficial for recovery (I know personally like you said this will take a lot of will power to restrain oneself, as I too love to play haha).

As for the ruler to keep more accurate growth stats, I have seen members use roll tape measures as well, as long as you are doing the BP length and using a consistent tool to measure you should be fine.

Believe it or not, I’ve made most of my gains by masturbating at the beginning of my session (for jelqing, not stretching), and the only thing holding me back from more is my septum (which needs a good stretch, my BPFSL and BPEL are almost the same, so I’m stuck). In my opinion, masturbating has no effect, although it tends to cause some turtling afterwards, which is generally a bad sign. Doing it at the beginning of my routine gets rid of this problem.

If you are doing your PE right, your morning wood and random erections will definitely increase. If they don’t, it’s a good sign that you’re doing something wrong (usually too much or too little).

You have fantastic confidence, never lose that. Confidence beats dick size in bed any day.

I think you should try to wait until your days off to whack it. I know for me I bust afterwards (unintentional, edging gone bad) and it just… isn’t as good. REALLY try to limit your beat off to the day off but if you must I would do it a few hours later as sweetracoon said. Good job on your sex skills that’s really the hardest part to being good and you are actually a bit above average length-wise and quite a bit larger girth-wise. I joined these forums a long time ago but have only decided to start the newbie routine 5 days back. Your stats are larger than mine but I’m in the same boat as yourself, I make my girlfriend cum more than any of her previous boyfriends she has had(at least that’s what she tells me), and our sex life is great BUT.. Do yourself a favor. After you two break up and you have a new girlfriend, DON’T either solicit or listen to any talk about the sizes of cocks she has already had in her life.

My opinion is that gains are made during the exercise and what you do later has no effect.

Someone posted that not rubbing one out for a few says there dick hangs lower and fuller. As things build and back up.. As well as getting horny. My body is the same way.

I would feel better just having my dick fuller throughout the day.

For me, masturbating to climax after PE hinders my gains. Like you, I am a grower and not a shower, and my penis turtles up some. PE has really helped with that though. My flaccid hangs pretty good now, but like any PEer I could use a little extra hang. LOL

Today was my off day so I cranked one out. I must say the head of my penis was much larger and my penis looked overall fuller. And I felt like I could hammer nails with the thing.

‘Edging’ is basically masturbating almost to the point of no return - ‘PNR’ - without actually coming, stopping right on the ‘edge’.
