Frequency of PE
I have been training 7 days a week. I Pump every day, jelq at least 200 reps a day, lightly hang throughout the day, and stretch. I occasionally will get a few pin size red marks on the head and shaft, and a little bruising, but it goes away by the next day. I have been averaging sex about 5 or six times a week. I very rarely feel like my penis is tired, and am showing growth. Should I continue to train 7 days a week until I stop growing or am I definitely over doing it. Very rarely i will miss a day of pumping or jelqing, but always do at least one of those PE activities. Anyone else feel fine PE’ing 7 days a week?
