Really? Because I will be ok to start off with, but after 2 or 3 SO stretches, I’ve already started getting hard. I am just like that.. I get boners constantly throughout the day.

I guess I’m gonna be using this as my log. Getting near 2 months now, definitely seeing length increases. Can’t wait until I get to start on girth, but I think I will keep on with length longer than I intended. I’ll probably go at least 6 months of manual stretches before starting clamping. This is how I subside an erection before stretching:
First—I do not “massage” while heat applied,— save that for after your workout.

If I have a partial erection, I stand up, I expell penis blood by depressing the glans with thumb and forefinger and while holding that grip, add my middle finger, then successively my ring finger then my my little finger and while slowly leaning forward, with thighs wide apart, I slowly push the whole mess toward the pubes and expell air. Leaning forward has the reverse effect as thrusting forward and leaning backward which is a penis enlarging action. To keep your head clear of any sexual excitement or thoughts, you can count backwards from one hundred or speak a mantra even before you start.

I believe PE should be kept asexual—no porn— as if by a cloistered nun. When you’re done you should feel like you are ready to rip and tear and have all those egregeous, life loving fantasies.

Well, time for an update. My length is right at 8”, it didn’t shrink, I just changed from measuring with a tape measure to a strait ruler, which seems to be a difference of almost half an inch, so I was smaller than I had originally claimed. Clamping has been going good, I’m at just over 5 1/4” while clamped and i’m nearly at 5 1/8” while erect. I am still taking lecithin, but had a weird experience of having no ejaculate after I had started african pygeum and maca, so I am leaving those out from now on. Also, I’m back on porn, but only so I stay hard the entire clamp sets.

Routine now consists of:

5 min heated sockwrap
20- 1 min cardinal pulls
15 mins 60% jelq
2-4 10 min clamp sets
golf weight ADC
10 sec kegels throughout the day

TheGreatDivider, Help yourself, I just don’t know what else to call them so the easiest way to describe it was saying (from my view looking down so that pulling toward my feet was ‘north’) I’d pull strait out from my body, north-west, southeast, west, east, south-west, north-east, south, north, strait out again for 10 stretches (how I decided to stretch for the newbie routine). I actually may have gotten the name from somewhere on here, I don’t remember anymore.

I had been taking the maca once a day for about 4 days when it started happening and the pygeum for about 6. I usually take a lot of supplements, so I had decided to just throw in the maca with my post workout protein shake, but once that happened I decided to stop. Before I started them I was getting more impressive loads just from drinking lots of water and taking the phosphotidyl choline, but nothing near pornstar levels… I started taking the maca and pygeum after reading about the thread over on bodybuilding.com hoping I could achieve such results as I’ve had partners mention that my loads are somewhat small.

3. To lose that erection while trying to jelq, just start flexing muscles in your body. I do weightless bicep curls, squeezing my biceps really hard, and it usually does the trick in 20-30 seconds. I don’t know if it’s because my biceps fill with blood, or my focus is drifting elsewhere. Erections are less of a problem for me when I PE than they were when I first started. It’s like I’ve trained my penis to know the difference between ‘playtime’ and ‘pulltime’ :)

Hello, BiggerInTx, I just wanted to ask you if you have been having any issues with clamping? I recently bought a medium sized cable clamp, and am not really feeling the tight and constricting feeling that I think I should be feeling. I use a sock as a wrapping after a 5 minute shower warm up, and try to keep my erection up through manual stimulation. Is it necessary to use a wrap? Maybe I should use something much thinner? Let me know if you can suggest anything. Thank you.

The golf weight ADC is for All Day Clamp as opposed to the ADS. It just keeps some constriction so you have a fuller flaccid throughout the day and it’s supposed to prevent turtling. Just the general letting your dick heal in a state you’d like for it to stay in or anti-turtling thing.

I’m not completely sure about clamping yet. I feel like when I have a really hard erection I can’t even clamp properly because the clamp isn’t able to compress anything and keep the blood held in. Also I was formerly using a cut strip of a hand tower wrapped in an athletic tape/bandage, but have sense switched to a neoprene strip cut from a knee brace. I think the neoprene does work the best because the material seems to compress more without just bunching up like a normal cotton cloth would.

Size update:

No change. I have been inconsistent with my routine due to work, school, and other hobbies getting in the way. I’ve been PEing about twice a week and doing kegels daily, so I think I’m helping cement what gains I’ve already had, and I feel like my flaccid looks a lot bigger, but I haven’t measured it.

Now for a question, I’m still going through reading all the hanger information, but does it seem to be a general consensus that if you hang you don’t need to do manual stretches? I want to hang hitting multiple angles, and though I’ll still do my jelqs, it seems somewhat redundant to do my 20 minute cardinal stretch beforehand. Like I said, I have a lot of other hobbies, and somewhere in there I like to try to include some computer games and reading, that’s the reason hanging appeals to me. I personally can’t just set my clamp and ignore it, and the very thought of that scares the crap out of me, but hanging I don’t mind setting a 10 minute timer and starting a chapter with.

One thing I’ve gathered is that for many people doing PE, it’s effective if we actually separate the PE experience from being a sexual thing. I’ve had somewhat the opposite of your problem, being that when I first started, I felt like jelqing was jacking off so it got me very hard. I learned to focus, breathe, and “meditate” while jelqing and that kept me at a nice ~70% erection or so.

You might try this also - I can’t help but think that PE while watching porn will almost completely de-sensitize you to the stimuli that SHOULD be getting you hard. Focus on breathing and strong kegels while jelqing, and that should be enough to keep your cock engorged enough to do proper technique. If you’re jelqing with a 90%+ cock at an early stage, common knowledge says an injury is on it’s way.
