Just sit on your dick. Grab your glans from behind your legs and give it a little tug backwards, and then sit on it to lock in the stretch. I push my balls to one side and then place it straight back. Sometimes I have to sit a little weird, but you’ll get the hang of it. Just play around with different tension levels to see what works best for you.

how effective are are fowfers or stretching between the legs??? Im currently doing manual stretching but and cannot stretch for long as my hands start hurting.

They are good for flaccid size. I do them quite often.

Your hands will get stronger with time. If you fowfer after your stretches you will get more benefit from your fowfers than if you fowfer without stretching first because you will have exhausted your “elastic range” a bit first.

IV just started manual stretching, I do it while watching tv and I do it atleast an hour a day. Should I be taking rest days? And is there a time limit? Iv noticed immediate larger flaccid size.

Yes, you should be taking rest days, although if you are only stretching they are not so essential as if you are jelqing too. An hour a day is a bit much unless you are keeping it gentle. If your progress stops, what do you do? You cannot so easily do 2 hours a day, so you should do the least you can while still getting gains, so that you can easily add to it.

I’m sure you’ll read about it if you keep searching the forums, but make sure you’re not cutting the circulation off to your dick while you’re sitting on it. The stretches can be quite intense if you sit on it for long periods of time, so rest days are important. Of course individual results may vary, but it decreased my EQ after fowfering a few days with no rest.

One of my favorite ways to fowfer is when I go to bed, I’ll pull my dick behind my legs and tuck it between my cheeks. I’ll watch a little tv for a while 30-45 minutes, and enjoy a nice meaty flaccid most of the night. A lot of times when I do this though, the night and morning wood will not happen, but sometimes the hard ons will keep me up all night long (usually when I haven’t ejaculated for a few days).

In my opinion, fowfers are one of the safest and most enjoyable forms of PE.
