First, I want to say that I’m grateful for this forum and can’t wait to begin my PE regimen.

I just have a question regarding Fowfers. I have read all over this board that fowfer will only increase flaccid length. I just don’t understand the logic here. It seems that fowfers are stretching your ligaments in the same way that a stretch would, and would therefore eventually lead to increased flaccid and erect length gains. Do fowfers work a different part of the anatomy or work the ligaments in a different way than do manual stretches? I just don’t understand the claim that fowfers will definitely only lead to increased flaccid length. I am excited to learn the answer and hope to continue to use all the knowledgeable people here as a resource in the future.

Also, and I know I should probably start another thread on this but I’m sure it’s a basic enough question that most knowledgeable PEers can answer it. In doing the Uli#3, is the motion a squeeze of the fist, or is it a pump forward? I am still not completely clear on the mechanics of the exercise. If anyone could clear it up it’d be incredibly helpful to this newbie. THanks,

I have also been wondering about this. Fowfers gives flaccid length, why not erect? It makes no sense to me that fowfers would have zero effect on erect length but the effect on erect state will be very small. Fowfers do stretch the ligs but the force is not as big as with manual stretching or using an ads device. But I think it has some effect in erect also. Big girthas never let it turtle theory or the theory of using all day cockring is about keeping the cock big all day so the gains will be better. If I sit on my dick a few hours it should have the same effect, I’m sure it want turtle when I sit on it.

Don’t know if anyone understand what I wrote above, I hardly understand it reading it now.

I’ve actually been thinking the same thing. The truth of the matter is that while my “average” hang for measurement time is a bit longer the smallest cool breeze or drop in temperature or after a lot of exercise and I still get a lot of shrinkage. Maybe after years of it the effect is more permanent.

One thing I don’t understand about Fowfer is the fact that we’re sitting on our penis.
It stretches the penis, yes, but doesn’t sitting on top of it stop the blood flow to the penis or something?

That doesn’t seem healthy to me?

Yes I’ve been wondering about re blood flow also but I don’t think there is enough pressure to cut of the blodflow, if you are worries about that, sit on it a while then stand up and shake it a bit and sit down again.

Just figured I’d say that when at my urologist yesterday we discussed PE, and he claimed that Fofwers is one of the few exercises he didn’t believe in.

Something about the “are you a shower or a grower part” being part of genes, and not if you pull it or not.

You need to be careful when you to it to be sure. If you are doing it right it shouldn’t cut off your blood flow. If it is, change positions.

Well he didn’t see any of them but I explained the simple things like stretching and jelqing,
He said that it should be able to give me remarkable results because of my age etc. (I’m 20, healing’s fast :) )

This makes me wish I stuck to PE when I was younger. At 28, I’m still relatively young but compared to you that’s eight years of prime recovery age I wasted :( . Then again, I definitely know more now about PE than I did back then. Regardless, take advantage of these years you lucky 20 year-old bastard :D .

Quite interesting that your urologist thinks highly of PE. Did he elaborate at all on why he thinks it’s a good idea, aside from your age?
