First, I want to say that I’m grateful for this forum and can’t wait to begin my PE regimen.
I just have a question regarding Fowfers. I have read all over this board that fowfer will only increase flaccid length. I just don’t understand the logic here. It seems that fowfers are stretching your ligaments in the same way that a stretch would, and would therefore eventually lead to increased flaccid and erect length gains. Do fowfers work a different part of the anatomy or work the ligaments in a different way than do manual stretches? I just don’t understand the claim that fowfers will definitely only lead to increased flaccid length. I am excited to learn the answer and hope to continue to use all the knowledgeable people here as a resource in the future.
Also, and I know I should probably start another thread on this but I’m sure it’s a basic enough question that most knowledgeable PEers can answer it. In doing the Uli#3, is the motion a squeeze of the fist, or is it a pump forward? I am still not completely clear on the mechanics of the exercise. If anyone could clear it up it’d be incredibly helpful to this newbie. THanks,
