Hey everybody, just wanted to get some opinions, on whether you guys think fowfers, or ads’ contribute to quicker or greater length gains? All opinions welcome.
Was : 6" nbpel and 6.25 nbpeg ,
Now: 7.125" nbpel and 6.5 nbpeg.
Goal: 10"x 7" "Just like a monkey ready to be shot into space, spacemonkey!"
From what I read on the forums (and I have read a lot in the past 2 months going on 5 days a week on this site) Ads give good length gains.
I plan to try the ads technique once I make it.
First Measurement November 1 2009: EBPL 7.5
Current Measurement June 1st 2010: EBPL 8.0
Short Term Goal: 8.5 inches || EBPL Long Term Goal:9 inches EBPL
