Fowfer help

I tried doing the fowfer and whenever I do that or even the BTC stretch one of my balls goes in me. When I do the fowfer it hurts sinces I’m basically sitting on my balls. Any advice?

Try your wang on the other side. One side over the other works better for me. Also apply some heat or a hot shower first to see if the balls drop more so you can pull them out of the way.
