I am really getting into these fowfers and was hoping that others would want to discuss what they are doing with them as well. There is the “bed fowfer” thread that has been revived, but I’m talking about fowfers in general. How long you doing them and which way? For how long have you been and seen any progress?

I started a week or so ago. I was on the couch watching TV and did a version of the bed fowfer. That is I tucked and held it back and did that for a couple hours. This week while on the computer at home been doing fowfers sitting style. Today I’m doing both, plus did the bed fowfer during my nap. I haven’t measured since early January and not due for a measurement for another couple weeks, but will be interesting to see if there is anything from that. I am having some skin irritation from it, but I’m thinking that will go away eventually as the skin becomes more accustomed to it. I am worried about tiring out the tissues too much from the perpetual stretching, so am curious if others who have been doing fowfers longer could chime in on that.

hi Avg I am fan of fowfers. I am doing generally while I am in front of TV or PC. Mines is a kind of Sit fowfer.

Awesome how long you been doing them for? How long each day? Can you describe how much stretch you let it get? Personally I alternate between a lot of stretch, where I’m feeling some good tension, and a more relaxed stretch when that becomes a bit uncomfortable. I’m not sure if I’m doing that wrong or not.

First of all I have to say that it doesn’t been too much but I am performing everyday.
I am performing three type of fowfer;
fist one is bed fowfer that it’s duration is 30 min. When I began to feel numbless on my unit I am stopping and let it free for blood circulation. Then I perform one other set.
Second one is while I am watching tv or using pc. Yes it is true I feel pain while I am sitting on my unit. But I am not allowing any pain. When I feel pain. I am stopping. I am performing 3-4 for time daily
Third one is I am also performing kegel (100) while I am fowfering. believe me I am doing very good kegel like this position.

At the bed fowfer even I stretch more when I start I am loosing tension with the time.
But when I sit on my unit I am not loosing any tension during fowfer.

Hmmmmmm. It seems I don’t completely get the concept of “fowfers.” This is what I do: while laying in bed, I pull my dick behind and to the left for one minute, pull it behind and to the right for one minute, and then repeat twice for a total of six minutes. Three minutes in each direction. These are pretty intense stretches too as I have extra leverage. Drastically better flaccids have been a result.

I find it difficult to do fowfers because I am uncircumcised. Not trying to hijack the thread but are there any uncircumcised guys out there that have success doing fowfers? do you do anything different?

Good to know, from everyone. Also, I’ve gotten used to the “down the middle” style, with my big balls on either side. I find it far more comfortable. I also wonder if that’ll correct my tendency to dress left. I’ll have to try the kegels with the fowfering. To DrewPeacock, not threadjacking at all, this is the purpose of the thread.

Dressing left requires correction?

I work at home, and my job requires a lot of sitting. I never sit anywhere in private that I’m not sitting on my dick, and I never sleep without it tucked in anti-turtle mode. I don’t think Fowfers will ever bring erect length gains, but they sure as hell will increase your flaccid hang.

I only did fowers for probably a week. I did noticed that my flaccid was much longer and skinner when I did do them. I really didn’t notice change till about a week.

I did them right after my PE routine. Stayed in fower position for 3 to 4 hrs after my PE routine. A couple times I stayed in that position for a whole nights rest.

I think I will do this again.

I only did it after one PE workout. I did some sitting fowfers for a couple of hours. I wasn’t sure if that was a bad or good thing to do after PE.

Should your dick be sore from fowfers? I can tell my ligaments feel a little soreness after doing fowfers for extended periods of time. Am I overstretching?

#1. Tuck back your penis and squeeze it in between your butt cheeks to stay put. (This I could not get at all cause it’s totally impossible for me, I cannot reach at all)
#2. Stretch your penis backwards to the left and right, time varies on different explanations. (This seems like simple stretches to me =/)
#3. The one I just saw in the video in Big Girtha comment. (This makes alot more sense to me since it’s pretty much doable for everyone)

So question is, what is a correct fowfer, really.
