Hi, this is my first post as you can probably see. I started the Newbie Routine 10 days ago, and I have a few of questions regarding it:
1. When stretching do you HAVE to suddenly ‘jerk’ the penis out like on the video clip.
2. I am not sure if I am jelqing correctly. When jelqing, veins in the foreskin expand and sometimes it’s a little bit painful, as the veins are being pumped with more blood. (Obviously I am uncut, also I am DRY jelqing.
3. Also when jelqing, as you are forcing blood into the penis, how do you prevent your penis from becoming more erect (I try to jelq at about 40-50%, as I’m going for length).
4 . Which ONE exercise should I be thinking of adding to the newbie routine considering I am solely going for length (girth would be a bonus).
