Found Solution To Soft Glands and Flat Underside Of Penis But Still Have Other Issues

I made a post on here about 2 years ago. Long story short, my ED was caused by a doctor’s visit where I went in for an STD test (didn’t have any std’s but I was paranoid) and was given on the spot 4 pills and a shot for chlamydiae and gonorrhea (even though I did not have either of those or even symptoms of it). I nearly fainted after taking the pills and shot (even the doctor wasn’t sure what was happening). That same day after going home, I noticed complete numbness in my penis, completely discolored head, and was not able to get an erection. This hell lasted for days and even though I was able to eventually get an erection, the head of my penis felt painfully cold for about half a year (along with a shit load of other symptoms that perpetuate to this day). Thankfully, the pain and coldness subsided, however, I still to this day suffer from some of the symptoms of that day, which include:

1. I barely have any feeling in my penis (and the head of my penis has lost significant feeling).
2. Erection quality is not as good and maintaining an erection is still harder than before
3. When I do a kegal, my penis doesn’t move. It still kinda feels like I don’t even a penis.
4. The corpse spongiosium (the part that seems like a thick vein on the underside of the penis) remained flat even during erections. (However, I resolved this)
5. My penis head remained almost completely deflated even during erections (I also resolved this)

I have gone on multiple urologist visits with different doctors. As you’d expect, they told me the same old "you are fine" bullshit. Hell, they even told me "your glands are supposed to be soft during erections" like I aint have a fucking dick my whole life and know when somethings wrong. Although they continuously denied that the cause was the medication, one of them did say that a possible cause was that the medication plus having blood drawn combined with the fact that I did not eat before taking the medication caused a venial vascular response, which caused the body to stop sending blood to certain areas.

Anyways, after about 1 year and a half, I think found a solution to the last 2 symptoms and thought I’d share with you all and maybe receive suggestions on figuring out a solution to the other 3 symptoms. I had soooooooo many theories for my problem and it turns out that the last 2 symptoms were a lot simpler in resolution than I thought.

The short answer: Testosterone imbalance (possibly caused by the medication given to me but that’s besides the point).

Now I’ve taken a variety of different pills and have even tried creams in the midst of all this so I was ULTRA skeptical and closed minded about "natural" supplements. Especially shit that was never "proven" to work. But at last, I stumbled upon this video

. I know you’re probably thinking "wtf? The hell would this random ass dude know?" I thought the same thing but I decided to try it. One of the best decisions of my life and I’ve realized I need to send that guy a personal message thanking him for making this living hell so much more bearable. If you don’t want to watch the video (which you should because the advice is spot on), here are the items:

1. Super Ginkgo (Ginkgo Biloba)
2. Ashwagangha

More importantly - I NO LONGER NEED TO TAKE THEM and those last two symptoms (soft glands and flat underside) have not returned (it’s been months now). The head of my penis is full and the underside is significantly full as well during erections.

I would go into why those two plant based supplements are pretty fucking incredible for some much other things, but this post would be a mile long. If you’d like, do research yourself and you’ll come to find that the purpose is not to boost your testosterone out of this world, but to make sure that it is simply balanced with some of your other hormones. They essentially "balance" out your testosterone and stress levels without increasing your estrogen levels much. I eventually stopped taking them because I literally no longer need them but I feel like taking them again just because of the other benefits.

Also, if you plan on buying them, make sure that the super ginkgo is from "Solgar" and Ashwagangha is from "Organic India". Believe it or not, It actually DOES matter where you get it from and these are the only 2 companies I can vouch for. Lastly, take them as directed - too much at once can actually cause damage.

So there you have it. I can only hope that this helps at least 1 of you and if any of you have recommendations for treatment towards the other 3 symptoms, please let me now.

Thanks.
