I tried Jelqing a few years ago and stopped after a couple weeks. But did notice slight size difference and harder erections, ect..

My dilemma now is that I have a large family and very little “me” time. Shower could work, could also be my warm-up, correct? I have about 15 minutes in the morning, so would 5-10 minutes of Jelqing be enough? I could do my stretches on bathroom breaks at work.

My goal is to gain .5 inches on length and 1/4 on girth. I am not worried about overnight results, I’d be happy if I got these gains in 6 months or more. I just want a routine that I can realistically stick to time wise.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts or suggestions.

The Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine takes only 15 minutes of actual exercises anyway, so in the shower 15 minutes would be fine. If you want to shorten it to 10 minutes in the shower, then only do the jelqs in the shower. The stretching can be done anytime, a few sneaky stretches before/after bathroom breaks, be creative :)

Thanks for the response. Another question is, what’s the importance of warming up. Is there any way for me to Jelq without a warmup or with some sort of alternate warm-up technique? What I’m getting at is, is there a way for me to squeeze in a Jelq session at lunch where I don’t have access to hot towel, ect.

Some guys think it’s crucial and some don’t care, we don’t have a final answer on this one.
