Forming a routine
I tried Jelqing a few years ago and stopped after a couple weeks. But did notice slight size difference and harder erections, ect..
My dilemma now is that I have a large family and very little “me” time. Shower could work, could also be my warm-up, correct? I have about 15 minutes in the morning, so would 5-10 minutes of Jelqing be enough? I could do my stretches on bathroom breaks at work.
My goal is to gain .5 inches on length and 1/4 on girth. I am not worried about overnight results, I’d be happy if I got these gains in 6 months or more. I just want a routine that I can realistically stick to time wise.
Please let me know if you have any thoughts or suggestions.
