I began PE about 5 months ago when I found this site. I have been an avid reader of the public portions of this forum and never expected to register. I guess I didn’t believe that PE would actually work, or at least that it would work for me.

Now I am kicking myself for not keeping a record of my starting measurements! When I check and find a BPEL of 7” I am truly shocked! I am sure that I have gained at least 3/4”. My girth has also increased by about 1/4”. The girth of my penis varies by over 1” between the thickest (at the base) and thinnest parts (below the glans). By taking three measurements and averaging I consider my girth to be 4 3/4”. Not what I would like but an improvement nonetheless!

My routine is unstructured, a mix of stretching, dry jelqing and I have tried a little clamping to work on girth but the gains seem to be mostly at the base.

My initial reaction to my length gains was that I was gaining back something lost to age but I am sure now that I would have never reached 7” (6” NBP) before.

I’d like to thank the good people here and of course the originator of the site and the moderators who keep it running. I would also like to say that it is a pleasure to read a message board where proper spelling, punctuation and grammar are insisted upon.

I don’t know if I will post here often but thank you and I am now a believer that PE works.

How much time a day do you use on manual exercise?

Archon, as I said my PE is unstructured. This is mostly because of my work schedule which changes daily. I try to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour 4 or 5 times a week. I begin with stretching, then dry jelq. As my erection level changes I change my exercises. A couple of short clamping sessions have been added lately.

A question for those more experienced than I: how much expansion do you normally see when clamped (my girth increases by about 1/4”) and is that any indication of potential permanent gains?

Clamping expansion varies from person to person, and take into account that a 6” girth may expand more than a 4” girth as there’s simply more surface area to grow, but the ratio of expansion may be the same.

If you find your expansion is more after the 3rd set than the first, you’re on the right track. Just be careful if you’re just getting into clamping, not to overdo it.
