Force of Stretching
Hey everybody!! I just started the Newbie routine today, and I am not sure how much force I should be using when Stretching and jelqing.
I have tried stretching before and like 2 hours after my head had red dots on it. And was sore for days! So thats why I’m kind of iffy on how hard I should stretch.
