For those who have had success with Bathmate

Can’t post in the pump section due to low posts.

I want to get in to a proper routine but I need to tie up a few loose ends first:

1) How erect do you enter the bath mate? — I tried flaccid and about 50% erect but saw little to no change, when I enter erect, it seems a little intense but my penis looks a lot bigger afterwards

2) How do you progress with the bath mate? — It has no gauge so how else.. Do you increase the time per session or just continuously use it until you notice your penis size climbing up the ruler on top?

3) How do you know if you’re applying too much pressure? — When the suction feels comfortable, it again feels like it’s not doing much. Only when the suction is uncomfortable (but not painful) do I seem to see results, I’ve got a few red dots appearing though so I think it may be too much.

1. I enter it with the best erection I can.

2 and 3. I simply increase it to a point where it feels and looks good. If it starts feeling bad or the penis gets too much spots I ease it up.

Are the spots caused by too much pressure in your experience? I’ve just finished a session doing slow squash jelqs in between sets of fully erect 5-6 minute sessions, managed to just hit the 17 mark and my girth looked ridiculous — it’s tough because if I feel I don’t go with enough pressure, I’m not creating sufficient expansion for gains but I’m starting to get more red dots, is this my penis telling me to relax?

Should I stop for a while or just ease up for a few weeks on a lower pressure and let my penis get accustomed to these fairly tough sessions?

Started out at 6.4~ BPEL with like 4.7 girth, after a session it’s 6.8 BPEL and 5.2 girth - man, I can’t wait to eventually cement gains like that.

Just ease up until you get accustomed.
