For those who have had injuries

For those who have had injuries

I think this would be a good post for all newbs out there. For those who have gotten injured from PE, what were the feelings when you first got back into PE? Still a little pain? Soreness? What should people expect when first returning to PE after an injury?

Actually, rufrydaz85, it might have been better to post this in the “Injury Forum”…

He probably hasnt been a member long enough, to post outside of the newbie area you need 20 posts, and 14 days membership. I remember those days well… Hell they were about a month ago

Well I went through that last year. Injured myself because I was in a hurry for quick gains and didn’t get any. When I got back I was apprehensive, concerned that it wasn’t going to work. But much to my surprise it has and is

Nice post Madison,

I think Newbieitis is too common. People read the warnings about starting gradually, getting accustomed etc. and assume it applies too everyone but them, because they are more clever.

Thanks memento

Yes we all think we’re different from everyone else. It won’t happen to me, but much to our surprise it usually does. I guess we have to live and learn the hard way.

What I mean by my post was when you have gotten injured what did it feel like when returning to PE? Were you still feeling a little soreness? I am asking all this b/c I think I am over my injury(squeezed to hard doing a uli) and I am wondering if I still feel a slight soreness is that normal after injury? Or should I still not be getting back into PE yet?

Very hard to judge that remotely, ruf.

Expect your dick to be more fragile in the area of the injury. On that basis, work up slowly and carefully if you see any sign of recurrance, stop.

You’ve yet to mention exactly what the injury was, and how long you’ve taken off.

I squeezed to hard while doing a Uli and I felt pain so I stopped. No bruising or spots. No discoloration just a little aching pain. I took about 2 weeks off and I heated everyday and massaged. Used some vitamin E. Erections started coming back without any pain and I think I’m ready to come back. Just wondering what I should be feeling. Thanks for your help

Aching where? How long did it continue after you stopped the Uli?

With no visible problems it makes it harder to guess what you might have done, if anything. When I was PEing I used to get occasional shooting pain and some soreness after routines. This was pretty much normal.

If you think you are ready, that is probably a good sign. Take it easy and assume that you may be aggravating something, and watch for that.
