.And clamp, do you still do manual stretches and jelq’s? Or did you just basically upgrade from stretching/jelqing to hanging/clamping? This is just out of curiosity since I’m planning on hanging soon on the start of the new month.

TheFieldsWorst I do all the above. I started hanging & clamping after about 4 months but still jelq and manual stretch. Figure I’m covering all bases by doing this.

Also, to both posters, how long:heavy do you hang, and how many sets of both stretching/clamping do you do in between those sets?

Welcome to Thunder’s.When I first started hanging, I hung 1 and a half pounds for the first week, then gradually increased the weight. An easy way to do this was to make a Captains Wench, and use an empty 2 liter bottle as your weight, and pour 16 ounces(1 pound) of water into it, slowly pouring in more and more water each week.

I would usually hang for 2 sets of 20 minutes, continually jelqing in between sets. Remember to always keep your dick elongated during your hanging session, never let it turtle, and always warm it up and stretch before each session. Gradually I built it up to 6 sets of hanging, which for some would be considered overtraining.

I started out at 5 3/4 BPEL and 5 3/4 EG in November of 2003.
Right now I am at 7 3/4 BPEL and 6 7/8 EG.

Consistency and patience pay off. Don’t give up, this stuff really works.

I started out In Sept. with 2 1/2 lbs for a period of two weeks, 3-20 min. sets. Then started to get serious with my hanging. I bumped it up to 10 lbs, 4-15 min. sets. I did this for another two weeks. Then I started to add more weight to my sets. So now in Dec. I have gotten up to hanging 25lbs SO, SD,BTC, this give my routine a real good stretch

START DATA: BPEL 5.25, EG 4.00, FL 3.00, FG 1.750

TODAYS DATA: BPEL 7.250, EG 5.825, FL 5.500, FG 5.375

TARGET: BIRTHDAY: 9/21/06, BPEL 8.00, EG 6.00

START SLOW THEN INCREASE

I see, and these gains are from just those exercises you described? Not jelqing or manual stretching?

My girth gains have come, I am sure, from the ridiculous amount of jelqs that I do. As for the length gains, I am sure that they are as a result of my hanging.

Right now, I am jelqing probably on average 2500 to 3000 jelqs a day. DO NOT DO THIS AS A BEGINNER! I have built my way up to that amount and even some experienced pe people think that that is way too much.
