For those that have made great gains...

For those that have made great gains...

This may be a ridiculously broad question, but for those that have gained a lot, what do you think was the key method to your success? For length gainers, was it stretching, hanging, or something else that did it for you? For girth gainers, was it jelqing, and if so, in what way?

Starting stats: 7.6 bpl x 5.875 - 6 g

Hoping for: 9 bpl x 6.25 g

Not great, but jelqing for me.

Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.

I wouldn’t say I had gained a lot however in my first year of PE I’ve gained an inch in erect base girth - and an inch in length. I didn’t realise this until recently someone pointed it out to me.

I sometimes wonder if my starting measurements were accurate, as I can’t quite believe it. But I am quite methodical so I reckon they were reasonably correct (I regret not taking a bone pressed measurement). Most of my gains were in the earlier stages, in fact I’ve went through spells of inactivity.

I focused mainly on using an ADS - as well as jelqing. Have also experimented with clamping, weights, manual stretching and fowfers. Recently started using a pump, but the results of this are reserved for my next chapter!

So I would say ADS and Jelqs did it for me.

I do PE only for fitness. I am going to finish my third year and so measures increasing are secondary.

However stretching for lenght. Clamping and pumping for girth.

Clamping did it for me.

2005: 5.5 EL & 5.6 EG, FL: 4in > Now: 7.5 NBP & 6.1 MEG, 5.8 BG (Goal: MORE !)

How slow were you jelqs kingpole? Longer than 3 seconds?

One word. Consistency.

I’ve stretched everyday without fail for at leased 10min since May 08.

All MSEG gains came from jelqs, squeezes and Ulis. Recently switched to clamping, but so far all it’s given me is base EG.

Consistency and positive attitude… That’s the only real secrets out there :-)

Thing that worries me about everyday stretching which believe me I would do is this over conditioning of your unit.

Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

Don’t rush into this. It isn’t a race. Be consistent as the others have suggested. Don’t ever overdo; that just sets you back. Be patient.

You have to find the exercise routine that works and feels good to you. Who knows what it will end up being for you? Whatever, you will be spending some time doing it so make sure it is at least somewhat pleasurable. The boredom factor, you know? :)
