For those of your having gripping problems.
So.I was starting my routine in my room today and was doing some manual stretching. Usually I use toilet paper to get a good grip, but I was just too lazy today to walk 30 feet to the bathroom to get some so I just did it bare handed. My grip kept slipping and I was gettin frustrated untill I looked up and saw my football gloves from this past season. Since they were in arms reach, I grabbed one, slipped it on, and I’ve never had a better grip while doing manual stretching. The pair I have are your average expensive underarmor football glove, mostly used by wide recievers and linebackers (being my position), but I’m sure any cheap pair if regular football gloves will get the job done.
