For those of you with 5" girth

1/16” difference can be due to changes in EQ.

I have measured twice in the same day and be off by as much as a half inch.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

That is true and I have taken that into account. I’ve always been aware, since before PE, of the differences between a 100% rock hard erection that hurts, and anything slightly less. Each time I’ve measured I’ve been very careful to measure at a 100% erection level.

I started off at 5” MSEG and never received any complaints from any of the girls I’ve been with, most seemed to absolutely love it! I have been called big on a couple of occasions at 7.5x5.25 not sure if its due to the length or girth though, and I’ve pumped up to 5.5-5.75 and let me tell you it makes a HUGE difference in the girls’ reaction! I would agree with previous posters that 5.5 MSEG is really where girls will react very positively to your size and start getting pretty vocal during sex, although again I never had any one complain at 5”, its a perfectly good size.

My starting stats are 6.1ish NBPEL x 6’EG. I’ve been received a few comments about how I’m “pretty thick.” And a lot of the faces I see and sounds I hear during first insertion are pretty priceless. I’ve just never considered it really “large” due to my lack of length though.

The all important first insertion grimace haha, that is what we all are striving to achieve I think. Just based on your girth though xtreme, you are bigger than more than 98/100 guys.. So yeah its pretty huge, and your NBPEL is .2 inches longer than the average BPEL so I’d say you are doing QUITE well :)

I have been doing manual stretches too. I have clamped kn the past but I don’t think I am going to do it much more because I have read that it only gives temporary gains, I am looking for the real deal. I do length one day then girth the next, plenty of heat. Probably going to try pumping soon.

Well my opinion is that a 5 inches of girth penis is good. Its an average type and if you use it well you can make any woman happy.
I have a 5.30 to 5.5 of girth depending of my EQ. My girlfriend has never criticized me for my girth or my length which is good.
She also tells me that I’m good in bed so I think that what matters most is that whatever size you have you have to know to use it and know the woman you are with and know to control yourself in a matter that if you have a 8 inch x 6.50 you should take it easy and have a foreplay to get her wet and ready.

My length is only like 5.8 so my truly more critical goal is to gain an inch in length and for the girth I just want to hit the 6.0 or 6.25 if it gets there.

Yeah man, be thankful that all you need to focus on is length! Should be very doable to get yourself a monster cock with your starting stats.

After 6 weeks of the newbie routine I’ve just measured in at MEG 5” from 4.75”. I can’t be entirely sure if it is improved EQ but I don’t care; It’s Growing!

The missus loves the new girth, she tells me she can really feel the difference.

I just hope these newbie gains continue (starts silent novena).

Does anyone has recommended girth exercises for newbie? I, too, have 4.25 and looking forward to become 5(short term goal). Currently, I am stretching and jelqing for the past two months and it seems to improve only EQ, not length and girth. Am I doing something wrong?

Probably. Jelqing is an intense exercise, if you are effectively just edging, it won’t do anything. One test as to whether you are jelqing with enough intensity would be whether you feel the results thoughout your shaft for some time after jelqing.
