For stretching, how are you supposed to hold the glans

Whenever I stretch I can never seem to get a good grip on the head of my cock. There is either pain or it slips off. Any suggestions?

First of all how hard are you trying to stretch? Make sure not to damage anything!

I can get a good stretching grip my penis in two ways.

-Using thumb and finger to create a V, hold your hand upside down and grab your penis. Move your hand down and you’ll notice a nice grip just in front of the head.
-Making a O with your fingers grab your penis at the base. Make sure you got about 30% erection and move down your penis with a tight grab. At 1/3 or halfway down the penis a get another point from where I can stretch the lower regions.

There are probably many more ways for a manual stretch but those two come in handy for me. You could also visit the video section of thunder for a more visual explanation.

Try using baby powder on your glands or use a towel/tissue paper on your gland while stretching it.

Use a papel tower, it helps avoidin slipping. You should grab the penis right under the glans, retracting the foreskin if you are uncut. I found an ‘inverted knuckle grip’ is better:
