Oh, that’s not to bad, once my health is sorted I’m going to look more in to this, even though I’m not very good at DIY :p , I’ll probably ask you some more questions before attempting the mod.

Don’t worry about your English, you were perfectly clear. I might have applied too much tension too soon with manual stretches, it’s very hard to get it right. Ideally the tension should be kept as low as possible for as long as possible but a slow progression is required as the penis adapts to the applied stresses.

It’s been 2 weeks since I started applying 1000 grams of tension with my extender and I have had to add 1x 5mm rod segment per week.

Hopefully I might be into my gaining “sweet spot”, did you experience this before you started gaining?

I am trying to maintain the same tension so I make sure that when the extender springs are compressed, the wider rods overlap the smaller rods (with the tension markers) at the same position - 1000grams overlaps in the middle of all 4 markers on my Andropenis extender. After a few days, my shaft must have stretched a bit because the spring wasn’t compressed enough so I added a rod segment.

If 1000gr is enough to start gaining, I’ll keep it set like that until growth slows down, only then will I increase the tension.

Oh,before I forget I’d like to ask you about wrapping.OK , I have the PeniMaster and it came with a comfort band yet I haven’t used it. Do you think I should be using a wrap or if I can tolerate it would it be better to go without? Do you use any type of wrapping? Would comfortable cloth tape (Johnson& Johnson) be good to use or what? Thank you.

Aimingmassive: Most people will need a wrap, for confort, when using any extender. Try it and decide for yourself. Most use some kind of tape that mildly stick to itself the first time you use it. Dont recall the name of the company that I use. I do use the confort strap instead of the silicone loop that came with mine.

In the end, ts about how long you are going to use it. For short periods of time, and at hime, i use the maximum pressure. To use it during the day, i apply the lowest, making sure i apply barely enough pressure to et my dick stay straightened all throughout.

Yah,I think I am going to need a wrap from now on, since I just got another minor blister/open sore right under the top of the glans where the strap goes over. I’m going crazy right now because I just recovered from one before in the same place,and I’m thinking it might be attributed to not wearing any wrap under the strap:What do you think,anyone who wants to reply? Should I still continue use of the extender while I have this injury(even though it will probably hurt a bit) or should I just wait a while? I really don’t want to miss any more time though. I’m getting pissed off with these blisters/sores and need to PE otherwise I am in a TERRIBLE mood! I’m just venting here because PE is the only thing I have going for me that makes me feel good about myself, and thereby making gains will help me with my confidence and self-esteem, which I NEED so much because I feel so inadequate otherwise. It just sucks because now that I have the time to PE alot at this time in my life, I get these stupid injuries and hate to waste any more time off not doing anything! Buddy.. to put it simple: if it is sored/blistered already make sure its healed before you restart. If you waited 15 years a few more days wont hurt.

Ive been using the JES EXTENDER on and off since 2006. My dick was at 5 inches when I started, but now its at 6.5 BPEL. I lost confidence in the extender for a while because I wasnt seeing results, so I took almost a year off. When I picked it up again I realized I needed to add the 1 inch elongation bars that also came with the basic set. But I do admit I have been hanging with 2kg weights in the meantime. But now when I use it, Ive got the thing screwed all the way to the max it can go! Now while Im in the JES I measure a solid 7 inches BPEL. But without it still 6.5 BPEL. Anyhow, I figure that the JES really does work because I just ordered another pair of the 1 inch elongation bars. When 3 years ago I didnt have use for the extra pair I have! Now thats progress baby! BTW the JES site has had a complete face lift since I bought mine 3 years ago, and it seems they are doing well. Im not a spokesman for them, but I do think that an extender is the most convenient and least uncomfortable way to PE. Id really like a 9 inch dong and be on bang bros one day! Then Id change my name to Tripod. Just kidding only in my dreams.

P.S- if you are getting a soreness under your glans try using a non-cohesive sports wrap under the comfort cusion before loading. Helps to take away the blisters.

Congratulations, Jackumbre. I started with 5.5 inches and am now 7.25 inches BPEL. I use the extender a couple of hours at home riggth after hanging 11 pounds for 20 mins twice a day, while using golf weights while at work. Only 5 days per week.
