I’ve been very busy and out of the house so my jelqing time has been far and inbetween, but this can be done while I sleep!
Of course I’m not gaining EL from it, but it has done wonders for my FL! Visible results within what seemed like a week, but is probably closer to a two weeks. I haven’t measured yet, but I’m absolutely sure of it. It seems like that I’ve undergone a transformation from grower to shower!

So for those who don’t have the time or make excuses(you’re only hindering your progress), this is definitely for you.

How do one do a Bed-Fowfer, have not heard of it before. Can you maybe give me a quickie explaination.

Sorry you guys, wasn’t thinking there for a moment. Isn’t the SEARCH function a wonderfull invention. I found the explanation and also now know what a Bed-Fowfer is.

I recently started doing Fowfers during the day and sometimes at night. My only problem is my testicles have been hanging a lot lower and looser than normal. Has anyone else had this problem? Or could it be from different exercises?

Fowfers? Man I’m always pulling on and chubbing my dick. It got to be almost habit forming.

Really had to start watching that I wasn’t doing it in public or when the kids could see.

Sometimes one does things without thinking or looking, but believe me, I won’t be making that same mistake soon.

Anyway, I have tried them last night and must say my FL seemed longer, even though just for a while, this morning and I’m sure on the long run it will assist in increasing the NBPFL. I will definitely be doing them more regularly. But it can be quiet a bitch on the testicles, on the first couple of attempts, when they get caught in the grip along with the penis. One question though, is there not a risk of cutting off the circulation if kept for too long or will the subconscious kick-in and let you release the grip spontaneously whilst sleeping. Wouldn’t want to wake up with a dark blue/black dick the following morning.

Here is my variation on fowfers. I use them as my warm up.

I just tuck it before I leave for work in the morning, sit on it in the car (about 30 minutes). As soon as I get to work I go to the bathroom and do a few minutes of piss pulls. I gotta tell you it’s so much more elastic at that point. When done stretching? I tuck it back in and leave it that way until I use the bathroom again. Repeat all day.

I have found that I get a much better stretch and that it is much easier to hold the fowfer AFTER the first stretch. I am trying to test the idea that it is better to cool down while still stretched.

Feels bigger, but no measurements yet.

I still have no idea how you guys seem to do this. Whenever I try bed fowfers, I can’t get enough stretch, and when I relax, it will usually slip out.
