I have the same problem, I’ve been trying to do fowfers and bed fowfers for months, but I can’t seem to hold the stretch without my penis slipping out. Maybe my legs are too big or my initial flacid is too short. Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to tackle it? Let us know.

same here easyspleen. I can’t seem to do the ‘tuck in between your butt cheeks’ thing. Mine just isn’t long enough for that.

Don’t worry about sticking it between your butt cheeks, concentrate on sticking it between your legs. Preferably between a thigh and a testicle.

Just pull it back as far as it will go and shut your legs, soon it will be long enough and stretchy enough to go much further.

For those of us who do not have the length, forget about trying to stretch it to the butt cheeks. Just stretch it as far as it will stretch (I sort of tuck it under my balls)and then clamp down with your legs. Of course this is done in a flaccid state! I cross my ankles and lock my legs together and either lay on my back or on my side. This will keep everything in place.

After a short time the heat between your legs will act like a warm-up and you will find that it will be possible to stretch your penis a bit further.

After you get used to doing Fowfers, you won’t even think about it and it will become a natural thing to do when you do to sleep. When I wake up in the morning (even with a woody) it is still in place…but straining to be released.

Recently, since I have lost a lot of weight (45lbs) I have noticed that my scrotum
has stretched and my balls do hang lower. Why? I don’t know. Since I’ve been
doing it for a long time now, I also don’t know why this didn’t happen before.


Started 4/9/07: Bpel 4.438 Eg 3.750 - Fl 3.750 Fg 3.500

I wouldn’t suggest doing them at night. It seems like the kind of thing where you could wake up and your penis could be black. This seems very dangerous to me, normally I do them during the day with regular 20 min. interval checks to insure no damage.

Actually I think fowfers are the safest form of PE. I have done them most of the night at times. Wake up with a 7” flaccid.

I’m also a little scared to do these? Like what if you get a really hard night time erection while sleeping, and your leg like puts too much pressure on your dick or something. Or what if your testicle or dick gets twisted in a weird way that cuts off blood flow?

I have also started doing fowfers due to this thread, seems to be working, thanks guys. :)
I don’t think I would like to fall asleep in that position though. So I do it sitting up in bed.

Thanks for the advice Panos, Kingpole and other members, I’ll get on to this one and see how it works for me. I’m sure I’ll have a huge flaccid in no time and be swinging it all over the place.

Panos, very good work on the weight loss, I hope it was intended and not due to illness or anything. I’m also in the process of trying to loose weight. Success stories always help. Keep up the good work.
