Follow up to the newbie routine
Hey guys,
After I finish the newbie routine (4-6 months), I was wondering what would be a good follow up routine. I am interested in both length and girth gains. I know I need to increase the intensity of each workout, but do I also need to increase the duration of the workout? What are some of the routines that some of you vets out there have incorporated to your post newbie workouts?
