Follow up to the newbie routine

Hey guys,

After I finish the newbie routine (4-6 months), I was wondering what would be a good follow up routine. I am interested in both length and girth gains. I know I need to increase the intensity of each workout, but do I also need to increase the duration of the workout? What are some of the routines that some of you vets out there have incorporated to your post newbie workouts?

If you are making even modest but steady gains on Newbie, stay on it. Whatever works. :)



Good point. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Hopefully I’ll keep gaining.
