I’ve got a problem.

I don’t know if it’s because my age (im 18), but when I go do my routine and start stretching, i get hard at every stretch i do, and I have to wait till im flacid (or semi-flacid) again, to do another stretch and get hard again.
This make my average stretching time to go from 10 min (newbie routine)
to 30 or more min’s.

I’m getting really pissed with this, so I came to ask if there is any trouble masturbating before stretching, so i can stay flacid and happy for just 10 minutes :P

Does anyone experienced gains/troubles marturbating before stretching?
Please post if any.

I went through this my first few months of PE. Then I had to change how I approached the stretching part of my routine, as a workout. And you get less sensitive after awhile.

Just do whatever you can to make yourself soft, such as think of your grandma naked, or masterbating more frequently, flexing your muscles in the mirror, or throwing on some music. :buttrock:

I have the same problem. Just masturbate more. I sometimes have to do it 3 times before I can get a good set of stretches. Skin gets easily sore like that, but hey…what are the skin creams* and alike for? (*in lack of better word)

It’s been decades since I was 18 and over 2 years since I started seriously PE’ing, and I still occasionally get frequent erections when I start to do flaccid stretches. As the other guys said, just jack off once or more, depending on your own body’s reactions, before you start doing the stretches. You’ll still make gains. Masturbating never prevented me from getting results!


Just try to do your streches after jelqing, it may help you a lot (that’s what i do and it’s pretty effective). The other thing is that after a month you will have less problems to stay flaccid. Hope this helps.
