I have been expierencing a much better flacid hang through out the day, I take it that this is a positive sign towards growth and assurance that I’m not overtraining.

A much longer and fuller hang has to be positive, correct?

Yea not to sound ignorant from a positive PE stance , but this is a new thing for me. It’s something I have noticed the last couple of weeks.

It seems that the only thing that can mess up a good flacid is stretching. If I stretch before a morning Jelq it’s fine , if I do it later in the day it kills it.
